Diana is our Client Relationship Coordinator who joined our team in October of 2018. She manages the front desk and all of our office needs, including answering phones, meeting and greeting our clients when they arrive, and setting up appointments for our clients. Diana assists the office staff, helping with various office duties. Before working with us, Diana had a job in customer service. She graduated from Bryant and Stratton College with an Associate's Degree in Business Management.
Diana is a born and raised resident of Syracuse, NY. She has a daughter going into her senior year of high school and one cat to complete the family. Outside of her job, Diana enjoys working on her garden and volunteering for her daughter's Girl Scout Troop in the NYPENN Pathways Girl Scouts Group. When it comes to her job, Diana loves how no two days are the same. She loves to be able to help those clients who call in with anything they need.
